The
cleanliness and tidiness of the local community - in which
we live, work and play - affects
us all.
Chewing gum and cigarette litter are the
two most prevalent forms of litter on our pavements and streets
and in our parks,
open spaces and public places generally. If levels of discarded
chewing gum and cigarette ends can be reduced, local environmental
quality
(LEQ) will be
greatly enhanced.
We are looking for change ………….
and solutions that will improve LEQ and benefit the wider environment.
